What happens in therapy?

Warm Welcome and Assessment: In your first session, I’ll welcome you warmly and begin to understand your needs.
Review and Reflection: We begin each session with a brief review of our last discussion.
Deep Dive: We’ll explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive environment.
Summary and Insights: I’ll summarise our discussion and highlight key steps.
Mindfulness Practice: Often, sessions end with a brief mindfulness exercise. Each is
customised to your unique needs, using proven techniques.
How do I know if online counselling is right for me?
Online counselling is great for those seeking flexibility and convenience. It’s suitable for many mental health concerns, but if you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.
Can I switch my counsellors if I feel it's not the right fit?
Yes, you can switch to another counsellor at any time. Just contact us, and we’ll help facilitate the change to ensure you feel comfortable and supported.
