Review and Reflection: We begin each session with a brief review of our last discussion.
Deep Dive: We’ll explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive environment.
Summary and Insights: I’ll summarise our discussion and highlight key steps.
Mindfulness Practice: Often, sessions end with a brief mindfulness exercise. Each is
customised to your unique needs, using proven techniques.
How do I know if online counselling is right for me?
