Professional Coaching
Strategic guidance to help you achieve your goals and unlock your full potential in work and life.
This is such a powerful way to move forward in life!
Aftermath counselling and coaching combined
Self-worth and empowerment
Self-worth is the internal sense of being valuable and deserving, while empowerment is the process of gaining strength and agency to take control of one’s life and make positive choices.
Improve confidence and will power!
Confidence is a feeling of self-assurance and belief in one’s abilities, while willpower is the ability to exert self-control and resist temptations to achieve long-term goals
Reduce stress and internal blockages.
Reducing your stress is like taking a weight off of your shoulders. Besides alleviating internal tension, lower stress levels will protect your health in the long term.
Relationship enhancement with yourself
Relationship enhancement through self-worth means strengthening relationships by fostering a sense of intrinsic value and respect for oneself, leading to healthier communication, boundaries, and overall relationship satisfaction.
Coaching
Aftermath counselling and coaching combined: have you been in a messy break-up, do you know you are anymore, can you find your way back from who you were before you where told who you should be or have you never really found yourself because you give yourself to those you love and feel left behind.
This is a complex place to be in, Once the relationship has ended and you know it is toxic and you shouldn’t go back, maybe it was domestically violent, maybe you have felt the grief and the loss harder then the other.
This Aftermath session is designed to help you find hope and empower you to find out who you are again and leave the toxicity behind, find out more about yourself, your attachment style, your inner child and who you want to be now the relationship is over.
This is my all-time favourite program as the light inside my clients once they complete this session provides the best reward system for you over all and for me to watch you step into yourself.
