Currently, the Australian Government does not provide Medicare funding for mental health care plans with counsellors. Meanwhile, psychologists and psychiatrists often have wait times of 3 to 6 months. Counsellors offer crucial support in areas such as generalist counselling, family and relationships, grief and loss, stress management, and situational depression.

I have created this Pay It Forward System to put the power back in your hands—to build a movement that recognises the essential role of counsellors. This initiative ensures that more people have access to timely mental health support, provided by qualified therapists with bachelor degrees and higher.
